Todd Haugh is an Associate Professor of Business Law and Ethics and the Arthur M. Weimer Faculty Fellow in Business Law at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where he also serves as the Director of the Institute for Corporate Governance + Ethics.
Professor Haugh teaches and writes on white collar crime, business and behavioral ethics, and judgment and decision making. He is a former Supreme Court Fellow, federal law clerk, and white collar criminal defense attorney. An honors graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law and Brown University, Professor Haugh’s work has appeared in top law and business journals, including the Northwestern University Law Review, Notre Dame Law Review, Vanderbilt Law Review, and MIT Sloan Management Review, and he is the co-author of four textbooks on white collar crime, corporate governance, and compliance. He serves as an advisor to numerous corporations and ethics organizations and was awarded the Distinguished Early Career Achievement Award by the Academy of Legal Studies in Business.
