Mr. Duncan H. Cocroft is a former senior finance executive and Chief Financial Officer who, since retiring from executive roles in 2004, has served as a Director of public and private companies, including as Chair of Audit Committees and as a member of Compensation and Governance committees. He has been a Director of more than a dozen companies ranging in size from approximately $300 million to $40 billion, most recently SBA Communications, where he served for 19 years. He has also served on nonprofit boards, including South County Hospital and the Naval War College Foundation; he currently is a Director of a private club.
