With increased globalization, organizations increasingly rely on an expanded ecosystem of third parties and suppliers. Regulatory scrutiny has already created a need for E&C to support the tactical processes related to due diligence. Yet E&C also plays a role in the support, oversight and operation of the value chain. Our panel will discuss the complexity of third-party and supply chain management, and together we will explore ways E&C can define and demonstrate its contributions to the process.
